Forever…in Motion (FIM) is a Saskatchewan Health Authority program (Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region) that helps age 50+ participants become physically active through volunteer led physical activity. FIM programs include a cardiovascular, muscular strength, balance and flexibility component.

• Toonie drop in fee.
  
• Lumsden Centennial Hall – 10:00 a.m – Tuesdays & Thursdays – one hour class. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. for walking
  
• Classes generally run from September to June
